  • Family rates are available for a maximum of two adults and three children of any age staying in a two-bedroom suite.
  • Families with children under 12 are welcome throughout July and August, on British Columbia long weekend holidays, and when booking exclusive use of the ranch.
  • The ranch is adult-oriented in June & September
  • Arrive/depart any day
  • Check-in between 3:00pm and 6:00pm
  • Check-out 11:30am
  • Package prices include specified activities, all meals and accommodation
  • Package prices do not include a standard service charge in lieu of customary gratuity, and applicable taxes
  • Rates are in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change
  • Approximate equivalents in United States Dollars are based on an exchange rate of .92 and are subject to change
Young Children:
During July and August, when young children are welcome at the ranch, kids ages 4 through 6 must be accompanied by parent at all times or use group childcare service available at the ranch (summer months only). Children under 4 must be accompanied by parent at all times or please make advance arrangements for one-on-one nanny service available at the ranch in summer. Nanny rates are available for families who bring their own nanny.

Deposit Payment:
40% deposit is required to confirm a reservation

Balance Payment:
The balance of your account is posted to your credit card upon arrival at the ranch, with any optional extras purchased during your stay posted on the evening prior to your departure.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits received prior to 90 days in advance of your booking date are refundable less a 15% administration fee, provided we can re-book the space. Deposits become completely non-refundable regardless of circumstances 90 days prior to arrival, but may be credited toward a new booking within the same year. The balance will be posted to your credit card upon arrival at the ranch and there will be no credits for early departures. All cancellations must be received in writing. We recommend you obtain trip cancellation insurance. *Special Conditions apply for Christmas and for booking exclusive use of the ranch.

Payment Method:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Wire Transfers, Travellers' Cheques, and cash.

Liability Waiver & Release:
While enjoying our wilderness location, there are inherent risks and hazards - adventure vacations, riding horses, encountering unpredictable animals, fly-fishing in remote areas, swimming, canoeing, hiking, winter activities and life on a ranch in general, all pose the potential for an accident. For this reason, we require that you visit and ride at your own risk, and sign a liability waiver and release form.
We recommend you obtain travel medical insurance prior to your trip.
