Filet mignon, brandy & green peppercorn demi-glaze,
~ grass fed, organic Black Angus ranch beef ~
Garlic whipped gold potatoes
  Purple cauliflower & grilled baby asparagus

Dark chocolate ganache, wild raspberry coulis
