Private & Exclusive, by Nature™
Cuisine and camaraderie unite at mealtimes in our elegant outdoor dining venue atop the Ridge at Siwash.
White canvas walls, a rich fir plank floor, and authentic country furnishings combine for a wonderfully warm dining ambiance. Relax and rediscover the lost art of dinner conversation amidst candle light and bottomless glasses of fine British Columbia wine—and award-winning sparkling for those special occasions.
Tables vary from large group and family size, to intimate window settings for two. All offer sweeping views of Siwash Lake to the east and out over virgin forest westward to the Marble Mountains on far horizon.
First class meal service begins at 8 AM each morning, when a wake-up tray will be placed by your suite door, brimming with home baked muffins and your choice of freshly brewed tea or coffee. Canadian breakfasts in the Pavilion are hearty, and lunches, served outdoors whenever possible, feature nourishing homemade soups, pastas, salads, and breads still warm from the oven. Gourmet picnics are often tucked into saddle bags and enjoyed on the banks of a meandering river.
Later, enjoy chef's daily hors d'oeuvre, presented on the sun deck or fireside. Dinners are leisurely three-course, culinary adventures, generally served in the Pavilion. During the summer, we sometimes do a casual cookout on the ridge overlooking Siwash Lake, where chef barbecues specially marinated ranch beef and pork atop a campfire grill.
In-suite and alfresco dining in the meadow or on a private balcony is a special treat for couples taking romantic holidays, for anniversary celebrations and for honeymoon vacations.
Where ever you may dine at Siwash, we promise the setting will be distinctive, and the food extraordinary.
