The ranch uses a remote telephone system and we occasionally experience poor reception - if you haven't heard back within 24 hours, please call again.
For Your Information
The ranch is open throughout the warm season, from May 1st until October 31st, and in winter for Christmas through to the middle of March.
Minimum stay is three nights. Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 8:00pm. Check-out is 11:30am. Warm season guests are welcome to horseback ride on the morning of their departure day. |
Families with children of all ages are welcome throughout the months of July and August, or at any other time when the ranch is booked exclusively by a private family group. Spring and Fall are generally adult oriented, but well behaved children ages 7 and up are also welcome. During our winter months, children must be age 10 or older. |
Out of respect for the ranch animals and neighboring wildlife, unfortunately we cannot accommodate your pets. |
For the health and comfort of our guests, the interior of the ranch house is a non-smoking environment. Numerous porches provide comfortable smoking areas. If you are a smoker, you may wish to request the Meadow Vista or Lakeside rooms, which both have private balconies.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy
Prepayment of 30% will confirm a reservation. Deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances, but may be credited towards a new booking within the same year. The balance of funds is due upon arrival. We are pleased to accept VISA, MASTERCARD, traveler's cheques in Canadian currency, and cash.
Risk Liability Waiver
While enjoying our wilderness location, there are inherent risks and hazards - riding horses, encountering unpredictable animals, fishing in remote areas, canoeing, hiking, and life on a ranch in general, all pose the potential for an accident. For this reason, we require that you visit and ride at your own risk, and sign a liability release.
