Liability Waiver & Release

While enjoying our wilderness location, there are inherent risks and hazards - riding horses, encountering unpredictable animals, fishing in remote areas, canoeing, hiking, and life on a ranch in general, all pose the potential for an accident. For this reason, we require that you visit and ride at your own risk, and sign a liability waiver and release form.

Location

The ranch is located on the Bonaparte Plateau between the Coastal and Rocky Mountain ranges, in the heart of the Cariboo region, British Columbia’s cowboy country. It’s directly on route and halfway between the west coast highlights of Vancouver, Victoria and Whistler, and the touring hotspots of Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper. The ranch is a 5½ drive from Vancouver; 2 hrs. North of Kamloops and the nearest town is 70 Mile House. Read more…

Meals (all-inclusive)

The food is high-end gourmet - served simply with style in a casually elegant, fine dining environment. A set menu features fresh ingredients grown on the ranch whenever possible – organic greens, edible flowers and herbs from the garden, free-range eggs, organic beef, pork, wild trout and salmon…. The chef is pleased to accommodate special diets. Read more…

The Ranch is open for the warm season from May 1st to mid-October, and for the winter season throughout Christmas and New Year’s.

Out of respect for the ranch animals and neighboring wildlife, unfortunately we cannot accommodate your pets.
